As leaders around the world wrestle with if, how, and when to return employees to the office, Belleview Consulting teamed up with Destined to present a 3-part workshop series. The Return to Work series helped attendees to think through the options available, the impact to employees and customers, and hosted a panel of leaders sharing their specific insights and experiences.
In Part 2, the focus was on how customers and clients have changed their expectations around face to face and virtual service. Regardless of industry, balancing employee desires with customer expectations is crucial to a successful, long term Return to Work but this may be easier said than done!
